Hi!

I’m Julie McWright & ever since going thru PreMenopause, I have struggled with my weight.

In my younger days, I weighed 130lbs. During my 40′s weight started coming on. The result was that by the time I reached my mid-50′s, I weighed 213 lbs.  The weight affected my health drastically. My emotions were a mess as well.

In November 2010, I set out on a plan to lose the weight. It was not easy. I started researching foods and how they affected the body. I then sought a Doctor’s advice, as well as inspiration to take my goals to their completion. I set a food diary & began tracking my eating habits. That was very eye-opening to say the least.

Today, so far I have lost about 38 lbs. & am still continuing my journey to lose another 20lbs. at least.

This website is part of my motivation, as well as my way of giving back. Helping others to follow my success. I will update it as I progress, so please continue to check back to read my latest results.
